Out with Carlos again today… perfect flying weather. The swamp lands are as beautiful and inspirational from above as they are from within… perhaps even more so to my eye.  I took some photo-notes today… working with what Tim has been teaching me about the camera.

 The Connecticut River Valley, off Carlos’ nose…

An inspirational afternoon in the air, looking at the earth from above.

This last image is my favorite.  A boat in the river below circled quickly, and took off. By chance I snapped the shot, and caught the light playing on the wake.  I am now really obsessed with waves, ripples, and movement on water.
