Sometimes things come together in unexpected ways. It was a beautifully odd morning: rain, mist, wind, fog and sun, all shifting around at the same time. At one point there was a thick rainbow stretching across the sky as fog tornadoes danced around in the Green River valley.

And then this painting happened.
