Yesterday, I thought I would be ready to take a day off from the studio, and then this piece happened. I did spend the late afternoon off my hilltop, enjoying a celebratory dinner at The People’s Pint in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
After finishing Sunlit Saplings, I decided to start a series of blog posts called ‘Saturday Smalls’. Every Saturday, going forward throughout the remainder of winter, I will post small works. These Saturday pieces will all be offered at a special, winter price through March 20, 2014 . The small pastel paintings will come ready-to-frame with a bridge matt (double matt system is required for this medium due to the fragile nature of pastels) for $475. Â Professional, solid maple framing w/hardware is available on pastel pieces for an additional $200 ($675 total).
